full day summer CAMP registration

 
 

Summer Camp is offered for children going into first grade through eleven years of age. Children participate in many activities including swimming, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and much more! This program serves school age children and is a great way to meet new friends and have fun in a safe, caring environment. Children should pack two snacks and lunch each day. For more information please read the SUMMER CAMP PARENT PACKET.

Camp registration opens February 14 for members and February 21 for non-members.

 
 


REGISTRATION

Before enrolling, please ensure the following…

  • The camper must be an active member to register at the discounted member rate.

  • Each camper should have an email attached to their account. This can be added in MY CLUB ACCOUNT > My Account > Manage Family

  • Campers must be incoming 1st graders through 11 years of age for the 2024-2025 school year to attend camp.

  • Non-members must request login credentials to have access to MY CLUB ACCOUNT.

BALANCE INFORMATION for enrolled campers

Balance payments are only available for campers who have already paid the deposit for the corresponding week.

  • Pay the balance of $100 (less for prorated weeks) for each week your camper is registered to attend through MY CLUB ACCOUNT under COURSES/EVENTS.

  • Ensure the payment is made under the camper’s name; not the parent’s name. If needed, click here for instructions about how to pay for a camp balance in MY CLUB ACCOUNT.

  • Balance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Balances for each week are due the Tuesday prior to the next camp session.

  • Late payments will be assessed a $5 late fee.

  • Contact us with questions or concerns regarding payments.

 

CAMP REGISTRATION FOR MEMBERS

Registration opens February 14, 2024 at 9 am.

  1. Read the Parent Packet prior to registration.

  2. Pay the deposit of $65 for each week your camper plans to attend through MY CLUB ACCOUNT under COURSES/EVENTS. First time users click here. (Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, however, they are applied towards the balance of each reserved week.) Balances for each week are due the Tuesday prior to the next camp session.

    • Ensure the payment is made under the camper’s name; not the parent’s name.) If needed, click here for instructions about how to pay for a camp deposit in MY CLUB ACCOUNT.

    • There is no cart option when purchasing multiple sessions online. Each session is its own transaction, however, multiple children can be enrolled in the same session at once.

  3. Complete a Summer Camp Waiver & Info Form directly after paying the deposits.

CAMP REGISTRATION FOR NON-MEMBERS

Registration opens February 21, 2024 at 9 am.

  1. Read the Parent Packet prior to registration.

  2. Ensure the week(s) you want to enroll in are open prior to requesting login credentials. This can be found below.

  3. Request MY CLUB ACCOUNT login credentials. This could take up to one business day. If you have not received a reply within one business day please contact us.

  4. Pay the deposit of $80 for each week your camper plans to attend through MY CLUB ACCOUNT under COURSES/EVENTS. (Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, however, they are applied towards the balance of each reserved week.) Balances for each week are due the Tuesday prior to the next camp session.

  5. Complete a Summer Camp Waiver & Info Form directly after paying the deposits.


WAITLIST PROCESS

Waitlists for summer camp are actively managed. When a cancellation is received, the space will be offered to the next camper on the waitlist for the corresponding week.

Parents/guardians will be contacted via phone and email and given until the following day to respond before moving to the next name on the waitlist. Contact us with questions regarding the waitlist.

A waitlist will be posted once sessions start to reach capacity.

SUMMER CAMP SWIM LESSONS

Session 1: June 3-June 26 (Little Fish, ages 6-8, Big Fish ages 9-11)
Session 2: July 8-July 31 (Little Fish, ages 6-8, Big Fish ages 9-11)
Little Fish: 11 am-12 pm, Big Fish: 10-11 am
Fee: $120 per member, $135 per non-member
Camp Counselors will escort your camper to and from their 50 minute group swim lesson each Monday and Wednesday during their session time.  Campers will participate in recreational swim on Friday with their camp groups. Camp Counselors will not be able to transport campers to and from group or private swim lessons outside of the Summer Camp Swim Lessons posted.

May 28-August 2, 7 am-6 pm
$115/member, $130/nonmember weekly

The Counselor in Training (CIT) program is available to rising 7th graders through age 14. Participants should be ready and willing to learn how to mentor younger children. Duties may include assisting counselors by leading and participating in camp projects, swimming and fitness activities. Responsibilities are assigned by the Lead Counselors.

Returning CITs must contact the Youth Activities Coordinator for enrollment information. New CITs must complete an application and go through an interview process prior to being accepted in the program. Once accepted, the CIT Enrollment Form should be completed.

New CITs may submit references to youthactivities@germantownathleticclub.org.

payment information

A non-refundable deposit of $45/member or $60/non member is required for each week registered. Balances are due one week before each session begins. Camp is offered from 8 am to 4 pm. Extended care from 7 to 8 am and 4 to 6 pm is available at no additional cost. Fees listed as member/non member. Submitting this form does not ensure registration until payment is submitted.
